Digital Dispatcher Solutions sends automated transactional SMS messages on behalf of home service businesses (plumbers, HVAC companies, and similar trades).

How you receive messages: When you call a home service business that uses Digital Dispatcher and your call is not answered, you will automatically receive an SMS asking how we can help with your service request. By responding to that message, you consent to receive further transactional SMS messages related to your service request only.

Message types you may receive:

• Service request follow-up and status updates

• Emergency service confirmation alerts

• Daily job summary notifications (business owners only)

Message frequency: Varies based on your service request status. Typically 2–5 messages per service request.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
